[tiggeusers] access to old data on the NCAR TIGGE portal

Dear TIGGE users,

I am a new TIGGE user. I work as a TC forcaster at RSMC La Reunion. I 
see that fields from various Ensemble NWP centers are available on the 
TIGGE NCAR portal within about the last 15 days.

I am wondering how to get access to older data ... for example three 
months ago.
