Labelling of vertices

Hi Bill,

Thanks for you suggestions and I have sucessfully
implemented it and the code works well.
Yesterday by mistake 2 mails were repeated. I am sorry
for that.

We want to label each tuple with the vertex numbers
and when we move each tuple the vertex label should
also move. Please suggest us in achieving it.
