Where to Send Bugs and Fixes?

I checked SourceForge, as the VisAD home page suggests, but there
doesn't appear to have been any activity there since October 2000. 
Where should one send bug reports, fixes, and enhancements?  Is there
anywhere one can see the status of current bug reports?
