Test Procedure for a VisAD Release to the ftp Server

verify warped cone (cone + slanted plane)
  java DisplayTest 9 bill.gif
verify GIF image display (may use any simple GIF file) 
  java DisplayTest 10 bill.nc

Do anybody know where should I get files 
bill.gif and bill.nc? 

Either ftp or html URL is welcome.
