[gembud] PROJ in GDCFIL

Dear GEMBUD,

I am trying to create a grid for a dataset whose original projection is 
Plate Carre but I don't see that as a choice within the PROJ selection 
of GDCFIL.  What is the closest available selection within GEMPAK?
