[gembud] GDGRIB2 encoding missing values

Greetings,

I am using GDGRIB2 to create a GRIB2 file from a GEMPAK file. Is there is a way 
to explicitly set the value for missing data points using one of the parameters 
in the program?

I would appreciate any help in this matter.
