One of us had a couple of Old Fashioneds today at lunch. At first I
thought it was me, but now I'm not so sure.

Anyway, Dan Vietor has a nice collection of cities and their time zones
at

  http://wxp.unisys.com/etc/sao.raw

Those are probably only US and may not have all sites, but it might be a
good place to start.  The last column is the time zone.
