So who out there has the complete additions to their
<http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/gempak/tables/g2varsncep1.tbl>$GEMTBL/grid/g2varsncep1.tbl
so the LDIYxx KWNS products will decode properly
with dcgrib2 and GEMPAK will plot ..

there should only need be 3
