Hello all,

I have a forecast grid file that has the initial hour with a time of YYMMDD/HH 
(e.g. 170324/0000). I would like to change that to YYMMDD/HHF000 (e.g. 
170324/0000F000). What would be the easiest way to accomplish that in a script?
